St. Pius V Catholic School (SPV) enters the 2023-2024 school year with a new principal and administrative team. Enrollment stands at 265 students, with 21 faculty and staff members. SPV is tuition and fee-driven but also relies on substantial donations towards a sizeable financial aid/tuition assistance program. SPV receives contributions from the church and the Diocese to support financial aid provided to students. The overall school operations over the past few years have been directly impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. SPV used EANS funds to provide significant safety and health measures for its students and staff. Fundraising efforts were little to none during the previous two school years. Currently, fundraising activities are scheduled throughout the 2023-2024 school year to assist with increased costs in utilities, curriculum, salary/benefits, and tuition assistance needs.
