FACTS Information		July through June using FACTS Tuition	July through April OR August through May using FACTS Tuition

Tuition may be paid in full at registration or through monthly (10 or 12) payments via FACTS Tuition Management Company.
Pay tuition in full for the entire school year and receive a waiver for the Service Hours Requirement. Tuition must be paid no later than August 1, 2025. **Ineligible for this waiver if receiving Grant & Aid**

Fee Information
Registration Fee	$575 per student (non-refundable) for new families. All new families enrolled after April 11, 2025 will be billed in 3 installments starting the same month as the payment plan.
Technology Fee	$95 per student (non-refundable) The Technology Fee covers all digital and internet safety filters, curriculum content, and subscriptions for each student including STAR Renaissance, IXL Language Arts and Math, and online textbook access for some eligible courses. Technology Fee will be billed on August 1, 2025.
Extended Daycare Service	We offer Extended Daycare to all St. Pius V students who need to be on campus between 7:00am and 6:00pm. For information and fees for Extended Daycare, please see the Parent/Student Handbook. Extended Daycare Registration Form must be submitted.
Service Hours Expectation	All families are expected to contribute 35 Service Hours per school year beginning 5/15/25 and ending 5/1/2026. Hours not completed will be billed on 5/5/2026 at a rate of $16.50 per hour.
Family Fundraising Commitment	Each St. Pius family is committed to raise a minimum of $425.00 through designated fundraising efforts. The opportunities for fundraising may include (but are not limited to) Turkey Trot and/or the Spring Fundraiser. More information will be provided at the beginning of the school year.
Other Fees/Information	8th grade graduation: To be determined. Graduation fee will be collected in 2 installments on 10/14/2025 and 11/18/2025. Lunch: Lunches brought from home, or may be purchased through Choice Lunch (Choice Lunch Website). School uniforms: St. Pius V uniforms may be purchased from Vicki Marsha Uniforms (Vicki Marsha Uniforms Website). Every month, we also offer a used uniform sale. Sports: Involvement in after-school sports is optional and available to grades 5-8; additional fees apply Class: Each class fee is dependent on individual class requirements and/or events scheduled. Class fees are listed on the supply list provided in the SPV Summer Newsletter. Class fees will be billed through FACTS on August 1, 2025. Student supplies: Purchased by parents using supply list provided in the SPV Summer Newsletter. Chromebook requirement: A Chromebook, Chromebook cover, and earbuds are required for each student grades 3-8. Field trips and class activities: Billed through FACTS throughout the year.

Grant & Aid

The cost of Catholic education can sometimes be difficult for families trying to budget their expenses while ensuring they offer back to God out of the blessings He has given them.

For this reason, we make grant and aid available, with all assistance requests approved by the Diocese of Orange. Interested families must complete the application online via FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Contact the school office for more information.
