Please save the date for our Annual Jog-A-Thon which will be held during our next school year on Friday, October 24, 2014! This event is the PPTO's only major fundraiser for the year. Money raised at this event will pay for many of the activities that the students enjoy throughout the school year. In addition, money raised at this year's event will assist the school in continuing to update and maintain the computer equipment and wireless internet.
The Jog-A-Thon is a memorable part of the school year for many students, and we would once again like to be able to give each student a commemorative t-shirt, but we need your help. We are currently seeking sponsors to support our Jog-A-Thon. Sponsors will be recognized on our official t-shirts. Attached is a copy of the sponsor letter that you may use to solicit sponsorships.
Parents may earn service hours (for the 2014-2015 school year) by bringing in sponsorships. Beginning now and all during the summer you will earn 3 service hours for every $100 in sponsorships that you bring in. (Please note that bringing in sponsorships does not meet the mandatory pledge requirement for your family.) Please bring the sponsor form and payment to the office or mail to the office address listed below. Please write your name on the top of the sponsor form so that you will receive your service hours.

Important Registration Information!
If you have not completed registering your student(s), you need to do so immediately. To access the Registration Portal, please use URL https://app.sycamoreeducation.com/admissions/index.php?schoolid=2189 . You will need your Sycamore ID and password to access it.
IMPORTANT: If you are a returning family or have already completed a registration form, please do NOT complete another registration form; use the portal instead. If you are a new family and do not yet have a Sycamore ID, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive it. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you send an email with a question or problem, please allow 24 hours for a response. You will not lose any information saved in the portal. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Class assignments will be emailed to parents by Friday, August 22.
More registration information:
1. If you want a hardcopy of any of the information on the portal, e.g., the Parent/Student handbook, you can click on the link in the portal and print it at home. No need to drive in to pick up a copy.
2. Once you have completed your tasks, our office staff will update your portal records for all of the checklist items noted.
3. When all checklist items have been cleared, your student(s) will be enrolled. You can monitor progress on the portal.
4. The 2014-2015 Parent/Student Handbook is also available on the "Parents" link on this website. The Daycare Handbook and information on the Hot Lunch program are also now available on the "Parents" page.
CAMPUS CLEANUP DAY!
Campus Cleanup Day will be Saturday, August 23, from 8am to 12noon. You can get a head-start on your service hours, PLUS you don't need to be fingerprinted to participate. To volunteer, click here.
