A Message from Sandra Lewis, Principal of St. Pius V Catholic School

Dear Parents and Students,

          Welcome to the new academic year!  The St. Pius V Catholic School Administration, Faculty and Staff are looking forward to a year enriched with our families enjoying fellowship with one another; watching students grow spiritually, emotionally, and academically; and seeing all our families taking an active role helping the school achieve our goals and accept the challenges that await us.

          Our major goal this year is to focus on the dividends St. Pius V Catholic School offers our students.  The dividends of a Catholic school education are that together with our parents, the primary educators, we can prepare the students in faith, knowledge, morals and discipline.  The benefits gained from these dividends will last a lifetime.

          "You have made known to me the paths of life" (Acts 2:28).  This passage from scripture reminds us of the importance of living our faith and being good role models for our children.  Much good can come about as we pray and work together.  Let us reach out to one another, spread the good news and above all pray together that the sacrifice our families make to provide a Catholic education for their children is the best investment a parent can make today and for the future.
