Please save the date for our Annual Jog-A-Thon, which will be held on Friday, October 24, 2014! This event is the PPTO's only major fundraiser for the year. Money raised at this event will pay for many of the activities that the students enjoy throughout the school year. In addition, money raised at this year's event will assist the school in continuing to update and maintain the computer equipment and wireless internet.
The Jog-A-Thon is a memorable part of the school year for many students, and we would once again like to be able to give each student a commemorative t-shirt, but we need your help. We are currently seeking sponsors to support our Jog-A-Thon. Sponsors will be recognized on our official t-shirts. Attached is a copy of the sponsor letter that you may use to solicit sponsorships.
Parents may earn service hours by bringing in sponsorships. You will earn 3 service hours for every $100 in sponsorships that you bring in. (Please note that bringing in sponsorships does not meet the mandatory pledge requirement for your family.) Please bring the sponsor form and payment to the office or mail to the office address listed below. Please write your name on the top of the sponsor form so that you will receive your service hours.

Volunteers and those wishing to volunteer: Please make sure your fingerprinting and Safe Environment completion certificates are both current. It is currently taking 3-4 weeks to process fingerprints, so please plan accordingly. Anyone wishing to volunteer for the Jog-a-Thon should already have both items current. Thank you for your time!
ITBS testing begins Tuesday, Sept 23 and ends Friday, Sept 26.
We are beginning to work on the activities to support our commemoration of our 60th year of service to our parish and the surrounding community. We will be offering all a chance to purchase a commemorative tile (or two or three) which can be inscribed in one of three ways. Pricing will depend on the level of interest, and we will be offering more information as we finalize designs and plans.
