Parent Testimonials about St. Pius V Catholic School

An Interview with John & Louise Perry

"Solid family and goal-oriented foundation"

My husband and I were educated in Catholic Schools in the Philippines.  We wanted also our children to be reared up in a Catholic School.  After considering different options, we have chosen St. Pius V  because we know the school can give our children a solid family and goal-oriented foundation in their academics and moral values.  True enough, our daughter, Jashley who graduated from St. Pius  V in 2005, is doing well in her 12th grade under the International Baccalaureate program.  Her brother, Marvin is in the 5th grade  at St. Pius V and also following the footsteps of his sister.

We are privileged to take this opportunity to thank the St. Pius V administration and faculty members for an excellent job as partners in our children’s education and  future.

"Compassionate, encouraging, and giving"

I have two boys, ages 12 and 9, enrolled at St. Pius V School. We have been part of the St. Pius family since 2001. The school has an outstanding faculty and staff, many of whom educated their own children at St. Pius V, while others themselves were educated at the school. The commitment that they have toward the students is more than I could have anticipated when we selected the school; they are compassionate, encouraging, and giving people.

Along with working through a comprehensive academic curriculum, my children have developed a strong faith in God and have learned about the Catholic Church and her teachings. They have become socially conscious. They have learned personal accountability and responsibility and have developed high self esteem. I feel that by experiencing these things, along with being surrounded by students who share similar values, my children will have a solid foundation to stand on when they are faced with the challenges that the future may hold.
